These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of NSL's website (the "Site") and NSL's applications, including Coryvo Rhythm Trainer (together with the Site, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
NSL reserves the right at any time, without further notice, to change and modify these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any change means you accept the updated Terms. You should check these Terms periodically.
License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, NSL grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, install and use NSL's applications on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. If you obtained an application through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the terms and usage rules of that store.
Purchases
Coryvo is free to download. Some features, such as the full set of lesson presets, are available only through a one-time in-app purchase ("Premium"). Premium gives you lifetime access to those features for as long as NSL continues to offer the application.
All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC through their respective stores, and are subject to their payment, billing and refund policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with those policies. If you reinstall the application or move to a new device, you can restore your purchase using the same App Store or Google Play account, in accordance with the store's terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services; not to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of NSL's applications, except where the law expressly permits it; not to interfere with or disrupt the Services; and not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, exercises, scores, audio, graphics, text, logos and the Coryvo name, are owned by NSL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not give you any right, title or interest in the Services.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Links to other websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as app stores and social networks. We do not have any control over those websites and services and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. NSL does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. NSL's total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
NSL may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the applications from your devices.
